“My district constituent services staff and I are committed to serve the community and assist people with their concerns, including Social Security, Medicare, immigration, and so much more. While reservations aren’t required, if you plan on attending one of our mobile office hours events, I urge you to fill out the privacy release form on my website so district staff can help you as soon as possible. You can even use the privacy release form to request help from my office without needing to visit my main office or a mobile office.”
