Evans’ New Online Form Makes Accessing Federal Services Easier

Congressman Dwight Evans (PA-03) is making it easier than ever for Philadelphians to get help with federal government services and concerns.

"Now you can fill out the required privacy form online, which is easier than spending time going to my office or mailing back a printed form," Evans said.

Evans said the new form is available at evans.house.gov.

"Most people have heard of federal programs like Social Security, Medicare or Medicaid. But did you know that your member of Congress can also look into issues about immigration, federal taxes or small business loans, for example?

"If you can't get an answer from a federal agency in a timely fashion -- or if you feel you have been treated unfairly -- my office may be able to help resolve a problem, or to get you the information you need.

"While we can't always guarantee a favorable outcome, we will do our best to help you receive a fair and timely response to your problem," Evans said.
