Medicare Open Enrollment Recording Posted; Roxborough Postal Update
Quick reminder: I’ve started providing updates through the growingBluesky social media platform.
Medicare’s annual open enrollment period has begun and continues through this Saturday, Dec. 7. On Nov. 22, I hosted a telephone town hall with expert guest speakers to provide answers to some of your questions about Medicare open enrollment. You can listen to the recording on Youtube by clicking here.
You can also visit medicare.gov or contact Pennsylvania’s unbiased PA MEDI program that provides help with Medicare: click here to learn more!
And I’m very proud to report that this upcoming year’s out-of-pocket drug costs for seniors will be CAPPED at $2,000, thanks to the Biden-Harris Administration’s Inflation Reduction Act that I voted for. You can learn more about that, Medicare’s $35-per-month cost cap for insulin, and what Medicare’s first-ever drug-price negotiations will mean by clicking here. I continue to support expanding that insulin cost protection to ALL Americans.
Roxborough postal update
I’m passing along the following update from the U.S. Postal Service: All Roxborough P.O. boxes have been moved from the Manayunk Post Office to the Roxborough Carrier Annex located at 555 Green Lane, Philadelphia, PA 19128. If you had a P.O. box at the Roxborough Post Office, going forward your mail will be forwarded to that new carrier access location.

Positive constituent story
My staff and I are always happy to hear from people we’ve helped, like this message from Roger in Center City:
“We were very sorry to learn from his latest email that Congressman Evans suffered a (minor) stroke in May. We send him our best wishes for a full recovery.
We are particularly grateful for the assistance his office gives his constituents. Keira's aid was invaluable in sorting out a difficult series of problems we had with the IRS - she was truly amazing!
We thank them both for their invaluable work.”
