My NEW State of the District report is out! I believe that Democrats in Congress and President Biden got a LOT of positive things done last year, and this new report shows you some of the impacts right here in Philadelphia, as well as national impacts.
PHILADELPHIA (May 12, 2023) – Congressman Dwight Evans (D-PA-3rd) has introduced his innovative school-repair bill, which would make it easier for school districts to use the current federal historic rehabilitation tax credit to upgrade historic school buildings that will continue to operate as schools after renovation.

The biggest category is housing, with $9,400,149 of Evans' requests designated for seven housing initiatives in the city.
