Last night, House Resolution 2655, sponsored by Congressman Dwight Evans (Philadelphia and Montgomery County), Democratic member of the Small Business Committee, was agreed to in the House of Representatives. Evans' legislation would help small business owners learn how to protect their valuable intellectual property.
