I voted Friday evening for a landmark infrastructure bill that is estimated to create millions of jobs and make long-overdue repairs to the nation's roads, bridges, transit, water and sewer systems. I also voted for a House rule to clear the way to pass the Build Back Better Act in the near future, expected to be next week.

I am working with state and local government to help affected Philadelphia residents and businesses recover from the recent Hurricane Ida storm and flooding damage.
While there may be disagreement about the causes of the recent increase in gun violence, the most important task is to fight this fire with every tool we have. We need every level of government — federal, state and local — to help, and we also need the community to get more involved. First, here are some of the key actions I have taken as your U.S.
