Speaker Nancy Pelosi appointed Congressman Dwight Evans (PA-03) to the U.S. Semiquincentennial Commission, which is developing nationwide plans for the 250th anniversary of the founding of the United States.
Congressman Dwight Evans (PA-03) said the new, bipartisan spending bill he voted for Thursday night will have several benefits for Philadelphia.
